You will serve as a SHIPBUILDING SPECIALIST in the SURFACE SHIP OPERATIONS, CLASS MAINTENANCE TEAM DIVISION (CODE 103) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing ship modernization or repair specifications and cost estimates; performing surveillance of contractor's ship modernization and repair products and services to ensure compliance with contract and specification requirements; and recommending improvements to contract performance (e.g. labor and material cost control, project schedule adherence, safety and prevention compliance).
