Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Part-Time Server to join our dynamic team. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The position offers flexible hours suitable for individuals passionate about hospitality and food service. No experience required. Shifts 10:30 - 2:30 & 3:30- 9:30
Responsibilities
-Serving, and Takeout window
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems.
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Ensure food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally to promote guest relations and satisfaction
- Support host/host duties when needed, including seating guests and managing reservations
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests effectively
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and order accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours, weekends preferred
- Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and revenue generation
- Friendly demeanor with strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
