We are seeking a Coffee Shop Manager to lead our team, ensure smooth daily operations, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Operations & Leadership:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise baristas to ensure a high level of service and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers and employees.
- Uphold brand standards for all beverages, including coffee, Red Bull drinks, and boba tea.
Customer Experience & Sales:
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement, such as promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure all drinks are consistently prepared to company standards.
- Track daily sales, monitor expenses, and optimize profitability.
- Manage inventory, place orders, and minimize waste to maintain efficiency.
- Use POS systems to track performance and generate reports.
Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and food service regulations.
- Maintain all equipment and work areas in compliance with cleanliness and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a coffee shop, boba tea shop, or beverage-based business is needed.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and team leadership.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with Red Bull-infused drinks and boba tea preparation is a plus.
