What are the responsibilities and job description for the F/T Medical Assistant position at Pearl City Medical Associates, Inc.?
We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant in our Adult Medicine department with multiple primary care providers. Work schedule is Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Obtaining and documenting patient information, vital signs, and histories
- Assisting providers with examinations, procedures, screenings, specimen collections, orders, and administering vaccinations
- Maintaining accurate records in patient records
- Following infection-control, OSHA, safety, and equipment-maintenance guidelines
