Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to work with a talented and enthusiastic team focused on creating superior customer experiences. The successful candidate does not need to have previous experience with retail, and will be comfortable working at a fast-paced, exciting company that offers opportunities for growth. We are currently looking for two evenings from 4pm-8pm.
Responsibilities
- Processing bills, receipting money, and helping clients or customers if they have any questions about their charges
- Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
- Directing phone calls and visitors to the correct department
- Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- Ability to keep busy during down times
- Very Confidential
- Ability to learn basic systems
- Demonstrates regular attendance and punctuality
- Front-facing candidate who enjoys making people smile and be happy
