Position Overview

Position Type: Part-Time Independent Contractor (1099)

Location: Waxhaw, NC

Compensation: Tiered Commission Structure

This role offers the opportunity to grow alongside a rapidly expanding aesthetics practice while enjoying flexibility and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional skincare consultations
• Develop customized treatment plans
• Perform facials and skincare treatments
• Educate patients on skincare products and treatment options
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Document treatments appropriately
• Assist with social media content when appropriate
• Maintain treatment rooms and professional standards

Qualifications

Required:

✔ Active North Carolina Esthetics License

✔ Strong customer service and communication skills

✔ Professional appearance and demeanor

✔ Self-motivated and dependable

✔ Passion for aesthetics and skincare

Preferred:

✔ Existing clientele

✔ Experience with advanced skincare treatments

✔ Medical spa experience

✔ Social media knowledge

Compensation

Tiered Commission-Based Compensation

Compensation is based on production and growth, creating unlimited earning potential for motivated providers.
