Basic Function
We are seeking a highly organized and execution-oriented Sales Operations / Administrative Assistant to support the Senior Sales Executive in managing operational workflows, documentation, client follow-ups, and sales support activities.
This role requires a professional who can combine administrative discipline with operational execution, someone capable of maintaining structured records, tracking progress across ongoing initiatives, and supporting client interactions while ensuring accountability and follow-through. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Senior Sales Executive with tracking sales activities, maintaining records, updating CRM systems, and preparing reports to support sales decision-making.
Coordinate communications with prospective clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses and follow-up.
Support meeting preparation, follow-ups, and documentation of key decisions, ensuring accountability and proper tracking of next steps.
Maintain and update operational documentation using shared files and collaboration platforms, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, and up to date.
Keep organized records of sales interactions, leads, and pipeline information to ensure accurate reporting.
Support coordination between the sales team, clients and other departments to ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Assist in administrative workflows and supporting operational efficiency within the sales function.

Education/Experience
Must to have:
2 years of experience performing operational, executive support, or administrative functions in a business environment.
Experience maintaining operational records, documentation systems, and shared files.
Experience using Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools for documentation, reporting, and coordination.
Experience supporting customer interactions, client communication, or customer success processes.
Nice to have:
Experience supporting sales teams or business development initiatives.
Experience working in fast-paced operational environments requiring high levels of organization and accountability.
