Pearcy Auto Sales is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Business Operations Associate to join our team. This full-time position plays a vital role in keeping the dealership running smoothly — handling customer payments, managing vehicle titles, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring all inventory and paperwork are complete and accurate.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys variety in their day, can follow procedures precisely, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed to help the dealership run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take and post customer payments (in-person, online, over the phone) and balance a daily cash drawer.
- Handle title and lien paperwork for purchased and repossessed vehicles.
- Coordinate with various vendors and repossession agents.
- Manage office and vehicle supply inventory (plates, key tags, stickers, etc.).
- Maintain organized filing systems for deal jackets, inventory, and customer accounts.
- Prepare paperwork for sales and verify deal jackets are complete.
- Assist with bankruptcy claims, insurance payoffs, and CPI coverage updates.
- Input vendor invoices and handle mail, packages, and faxes.
- Support the sales team with customer approvals, documents, and CRM updates.
- Assist with vehicle inventory setup (keys, stickers, GPS, and title verification).
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of office, operations, or automotive experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must have an insured personal vehicle.
- Basic understanding of automotive sales and finance is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Must be able to work alternating Saturdays (9am–4pm).
