Pearce is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing HVAC package units on Renewable Energy Sites located throughout United States. This is a fast-paced and rewarding job that is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Renewables industry.

Base Pay Range: $27 USD - $32 USD

Core Responsibilities
- Maintaining commercial cooling package units on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire HVAC units.
- Conducting performance checks and regular HVAC maintenance.
- Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment.
- Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services.
- Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
- Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Renewables Employee Handbook and insurance requirements.
Core Experience
- Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required).
- 2 years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred).
- Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email.

- Candidates should reside in the Mojave, California area.
- Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion.
- Driving to remote work sites as needed.
- Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors.
- Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds).
- Compliance with FCC/FAA/EPA/OSHA Regulations.
