Backed by $7M from General Catalyst, Pear VC, and operators from Stripe, OpenAI, and Slack, we’ve closed 5- and 6-figure contracts with companies like Plaid and Harvey just 75 days into launch. We're a 7-person team led by ex-Stripe operators, building the GTM Intelligence Platform of the future.

The Role

We’re looking for a deeply technical Senior Frontend Engineer to own the end-to-end user experience of the Dealops platform. From dynamic quote builders and approval workflows to AI-driven configuration flows, dashboards, and admin customization interfaces.

You will turn messy spreadsheets and clunky legacy tools into instant, reliable, elegant UI systems that define the category. The right candidate sees frontend engineering as both art and systems design, loves turning complexity into clarity, and thrives in fast product iteration with design and product partners.

What You’ll Build

Complex, Dynamic Product Surfaces

• Pricing & quoting workspace
• Workflow builders and approval engines
• Deal review and recommendation UIs
• Configuration and admin surfaces

Interactive, High-Accuracy Experiences

• Rich, stateful React TypeScript applications
• Multi-step flows, dependency-heavy surfaces, and visual state machines
• Interfaces where correctness and failure-handling matter
  
  

AI-Driven Interfaces

• Inline LLM suggestions
• Guided workflows and structured overrides
• UI surfaces that integrate tightly with agentic behavior
  
  

Front-End Architecture & Systems

• Ownership of React/TS state management across complex flows
• Foundational component primitives
• High-performance interaction patterns
• Collaborate with backend teams to shape fast, correct APIs
  
  

Design System Implementation

• Translate robust design foundations into reusable FE components
• Build a prototyping engine that matches and extends our Figma exploration
• Partner closely with our founding designer on UX, motion, and interaction design
  
  

Must Haves

• 5 years of frontend engineering experience
• Deep expertise in React TypeScript
• Experience building complex, data-dense, dependency-heavy UIs
• Strong systems-thinking: component modeling, state management, performance patterns
• Experience working hand-in-hand with designers through rapid iteration
• A track record of shipping high-stakes or high-accuracy UIs
• Ability to understand backend data flows (SQL knowledge a plus)
