What You’ll Do
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and lead the migration of our frontend architecture to support real-time, data-heavy dashboards using TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
- Design Human-in-the-Loop AI: Build intuitive interfaces that make AI outputs and automated workflows transparent, explainable, and easy for operations teams to manage.
- Drive Velocity & Quality: Take full ownership of the product lifecycle - from technical discovery and scoping to production monitoring - ensuring we maintain a high "ship rate" without sacrificing reliability.
- Technical Leadership: Define the technical vision, mentor new hires, and foster an elite engineering culture.
- Complex Problem Solving: Tackle the "edge cases" of global trade, ensuring our core services maintain high uptime while handling unpredictable real-world document inputs.
- Senior Expertise: 6–8 years of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Frontend Mastery: Deep proficiency in TypeScript and React, with the ability to architect complex state management for data-intensive applications.
- Full-Stack Depth: Strong command of Python for backend services and advanced SQL (PostgreSQL) for database design and query optimization.
- Bias for Action: You are a "builder" who prefers shipping over over-engineering. You write crisp requirements and drive cross-functional delivery with minimal supervision.
