Pear Tree Property Management is hiring a Part-Time Housekeeper for our 112-unit Beaumont community. If you take pride in a spotless, welcoming space and want steady part-time hours (about 20–25 per week), come keep our models, units, and common areas show-ready. Dependable people are encouraged to apply, even with limited experience — we'll train the right person.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Clean make-ready and vacant units to move-in standard.
- Keep models, the leasing office, and amenity/common areas spotless.
- Restock supplies and flag any maintenance issues you spot.
- Help keep turns on schedule so units are ready to lease.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proud of a clean space (experience helpful, not required).
- Able to work independently on a part-time schedule.
- Able to lift up to ~35 lbs and be on your feet during the shift.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
