Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Fulfillment Specialist to manage product listings and support online sales operations. This role is responsible for accurately listing products on various e-commerce platforms so they can be purchased by customers, as well as assisting with order fulfillment and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage product listings on multiple online marketplaces and company websites
- Write clear, accurate product descriptions and upload photos
- Set pricing, update availability, and monitor listings for accuracy
- Process customer orders and coordinate packing and shipping
- Maintain organized inventory records
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Communicate with supervisors regarding stock levels and listing issues
- Resolve basic listing or order-related problems
- Follow company procedures and quality standards
Requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (preferred but not required)
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, online systems)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good written communication skills
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 40 lbs (if applicable)
- Comfortable working in a warehouse or office environment
