What are the responsibilities and job description for the Order Picker/Packer (1st and 2nd Shift Available) position at Pear Staffing?
Description
Job Description:
- Pack orders according to Working Order or by the queue system.
- Read & follow the special instructions to pick and pack orders.
- Double check product to ensure inventory and item picked are accurate based on the working order.
- Need to be able to prioritize work & finish daily shipping goal according to company shipping goal.
- Match the working order and invoice, making sure the carton label or UPS and FEDEX label match.
- Place the shipping label to the correct shipment.
- Help maintain clean work area.
Hours:
Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (6:00 AM to 4:30 PM during Peak Season)
Salary:
1st Shift - $15.50 per hour
2nd Shift - $17.00 per hour
Requirements
Skills/Experience/Qualifications Required:
- Warehouse pick/pack experience.
- Teamwork and Cooperation.
- Must be reliable/dependable and have excellent attendance.
- Basic computer knowledge is a plus.
Salary : $16 - $17
