Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end order process, from order placement to delivery
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Procure necessary materials and resources for order fulfillment
- Coordinate logistics and shipping activities to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with plant management for replenishment
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to orders
Requirements
- Experience in Microsoft Office, Order Processing, Excel Spreadsheets, Data Entry in a Warehouse Environment.
- Previous experience in order management or a related field is preferred - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in using order management software and systems - Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes - Proficiency in using order management software and systems - Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
