What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Pear NYC?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and computer-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our real estate office that manages 14 buildings and over 300 units. While real estate experience isn’t necessary, strong common sense and problem-solving skills are a must!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Handle administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
✅ Handle data entry, spreadsheets, and office software tasks
✅ Maintain property records and assist with tenant communications
✅ Manage schedules, emails, and documents
✅ Assist with office organization and workflow
✅ Occasionally commute to our Malverne, NY office (1 day/month)
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, 11 AM – 7 PM
What We’re Looking For:
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Computer proficient (comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and office software)
- Reliable and able to work independently
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills
