About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our residential sales team. You’ll coach technicians and comfort advisors, track performance metrics, and help drive revenue growth across our plumbing, HVAC, and electrical service lines. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves building winning teams and creating a culture of excellence.
What You'll Do
• Lead, coach, and develop the residential sales team to hit and exceed revenue targets
• Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and average ticket performance
• Ride along with techs and advisors to provide real-time coaching and feedback
• Collaborate with operations and marketing to drive lead flow and close rates
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews
• Identify training needs and implement improvement plans
• Foster a customer-first, high-accountability sales culture
What We're Looking For
• 3 years of sales management experience, preferably in home services
• Proven track record of growing a sales team and hitting revenue goals
• Strong coaching and communication skills
• Comfort working with CRM and performance data
• High energy, positive attitude, and strong leadership presence
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical is a plus
