Position Summary
We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Laundry Aide to join our team. This role plays an important part in ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents by maintaining the cleanliness and proper handling of all linens and clothing.
Responsibilities
- Collect, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident and facility laundry.
- Operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
- Follow infection control and safety procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff.
- Support the facility’s mission of creating a positive, caring environment.
- Previous laundry or housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work the assigned schedule consistently (Saturday–Sunday, 7 AM – 3 PM).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
