We are hiring a corporate HR Director to build and own the full HR function from the ground up — policy, multi-state compliance, employee relations, vendor management, onboarding standardization, and HRIS implementation across a CMS-regulated long-term care portfolio.

- Senior HR leadership experience in a multi-site environment — this role requires someone genuinely seasoned, not someone growing into it
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience required
- Multi-site, multi-state HR background

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
