Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness of resident rooms, common areas, and workspaces in accordance with facility standards.
- Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and sanitize all assigned areas on a scheduled basis.
- Clean and restock restrooms to ensure they are sanitary and well-supplied.
- Safely collect, launder, fold, and distribute linens and resident clothing as assigned.
- Handle cleaning agents and equipment safely and effectively.
- Report maintenance concerns or repair needs promptly to the supervisor.
- Dispose of trash and maintain proper waste-handling protocols.
- Uphold infection control and safety standards in all housekeeping and laundry activities.
- Provide assistance and support to residents and staff as needed.
- Perform duties with compassion, respect, and professionalism at all times.
- Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or laundry experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated professionalism and a positive attitude.
