Accounting Intern

Description

PeakMade is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Intern to join our team. This internship offers hands-on experience in real estate finance and accounting, supporting key functions such as budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.

What You’ll Get

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and statements
• Support monthly reconciliations and journal entries
• Conduct market and financial data research for reporting purposes
• Collaborate with property and corporate teams on financial initiatives
• Participate in special projects and audits as needed Other duties as assigned
  
  

Skills & Experience Needed

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
