Summary:
The Broadband Account Manager is responsible for managing customer relationships, driving account growth, and ensuring an excellent customer experience for broadband and internet services. This role combines sales, marketing, and operational coordination, requiring strong communication skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned broadband customer accounts through renewals, upgrades, and new service offerings.
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls to promote broadband solutions, resolve account issues, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns that increase customer retention and service adoption.
- Work closely with operations and billing teams to ensure accurate service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and account activity.
- Analyze customer data and usage trends to identify upsell opportunities and prevent churn.
- Maintain working knowledge of broadband technologies, including Calix platforms and related service offerings.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in account management, telecommunications, or broadband sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or similar tools.
- Knowledge of broadband technologies and exposure to Calix solutions preferred.
- Highly organized, customer-focused, and results-driven.
