- Status: Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule (No weekends!).

Your Role on Our Team
We are seeking a motivated, collaborative, and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our expanding clinical team. In this role, you will deliver high quality medicine while establishing strong, trusting relationships with our highly dedicated clientele. You will leverage advanced support tools—including cutting-edge AI scribes like Scribble Vet—to maximize your efficiency and keep your focus where it belongs: on the patient.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive medical, surgical, and dental care for small animals.
- Formulating and executing accurate diagnostic and treatment plans.
- Partnering seamlessly with our highly skilled support staff, including CVTs and dedicated leadership.
- Fostering exceptional client communication and education regarding preventative care and complex treatment protocols.
- Collaborating with our Medical Director on protocol enhancements and clinical growth initiatives.
What You Bring
- Experience: Open to both seasoned practitioners looking for a collaborative home and focused new graduates seeking structured, dependable mentorship.
- Skills: Proficiency in general soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and internal medicine diagnostics. Excellent conflict-resolution capabilities and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Attributes: A deep commitment to medical record integrity, collaborative teamwork, and maintaining a positive workspace culture.
What You Need
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) from an accredited institution.
- Active (or eligibility to obtain) veterinary licensure in the State of Connecticut.
- DEA and Connecticut controlled substance registration.
