Pay: $30 to $35 per hour, based on experience
Job Summary
Peak West Renovations is hiring a highly experienced Reconstruction Tradesman with at least 15 years of residential construction, remodeling, or insurance reconstruction experience.
We need a well rounded professional who can independently complete multiple phases of residential reconstruction with limited supervision.
Responsibilities
- Drywall installation, finishing, repairs, and texture matching
- Interior and exterior painting
- Flooring, baseboard, casing, and door installation
- Framing and finish carpentry
- Cabinet and vanity installation
- Light plumbing fixture resets
- Demolition and jobsite preparation
- Follow approved scopes and work orders
- Document progress with jobsite photos
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites
- Complete punch list items promptly
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and project management
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of verifiable residential construction, remodeling, or reconstruction experience
- Advanced experience across multiple construction trades
- Must own and maintain the hand tools and power tools necessary to complete assigned work
- Must have reliable transportation capable of carrying tools and materials
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to complete projects independently with limited supervision
- Strong finish quality and attention to detail
- Ability to read and follow detailed scopes of work
- Professional appearance and communication
- Dependable attendance and consistent work ethic
- Insurance reconstruction experience is preferred
Schedule
Monday through Friday
Approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
