The Wellness Coach is a full-time role focused on executing that mission by helping clients develop and follow through with tailored fitness and recovery plans that incorporate cutting-edge technologies, medical testing, and lifestyle coaching.

Core Responsibilities
Client Coaching and Wellness Planning
• Conduct consultations using tools such as InBody and VO₂ Max assessments to evaluate client baselines.
• Design customized Peak Fitness programs focused on strength, conditioning, recovery, and body composition.
• Educate clients on exercise strategies, lifestyle habits, and the science behind our services.
• Maintain structured progress tracking and support clients through ongoing check-ins.
• Troubleshoot challenges and adjust plans as needed to support long-term success.
Sales and Upselling
• Present and close Peak Fitness and Peak Recovery memberships with professionalism and confidence.
• Identify opportunities to upsell services (e.g., ARX, FlowPresso, Cryotherapy) based on client goals and needs.
• Maintain a high close rate, track conversion metrics, and report weekly performance data.
• Actively request referrals and contribute to internal lead generation efforts.
• Follow onboarding sales scripts and SOPs for new clients and returning prospects.
Plan Execution and Follow-Through
• Facilitate all initial sessions and orientation steps for new clients.
• Ensure every client has a clear, structured, and scheduled plan of care.
• Monitor execution of services and follow SOPs for program milestones and review checkpoints.
• Collaborate with Peak MD and Recovery departments to support fully integrated client journeys.
Operations and Accountability
• Enter daily metrics, progress notes, and service logs into CRM or tracking systems.
• Attend team meetings and participate in staff training or development opportunities.
• Support ongoing development of wellness programs, promotions, and referral partnerships.
• Maintain professional conduct and ensure all client experiences align with Peak Vitality’s brand standards.

• Degree or certification in exercise science, fitness, kinesiology, or related wellness field preferred.
• Experience in personal training, physical therapy, sales, or wellness coaching.
• Familiarity with recovery equipment and protocols such as cryotherapy, red-light therapy, ARX, Vasper, or VO₂ Max testing.
• Ability to work full-time hours including mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
