What You'll Do
- Run wellness technologies including cryotherapy, red light therapy, compression therapy, and other recovery services
- Educate members on services and recommend the right programs for their goals
- Track client progress and celebrate wins with them
- Manage memberships and scheduling
- Deliver great customer service with every member, every time
- Keep treatment rooms and wellness areas clean, organized, and running smoothly
- Support daily operations and help maintain a premium client experience
Who We're Looking For Required: a background in sales and customer service. You'll be recommending services and educating members on what fits their goals every day, so that experience matters as much as your interest in wellness.
Good fits really enjoy helping people and stay organized doing it. Experience in any of these helps:
- Sales, retail, or a customer service role where you had to build rapport and recommend products or services
- Patient care, physical therapy, or chiropractic offices
- Medical assisting
- Hospitality
- Wellness or fitness environments
You should be:
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking to people all day
- Comfortable learning new technology
- Detail oriented and dependable
- Able to multitask when things get busy
- Confident recommending services that actually help clients
- Open to coaching and always improving
Pay & Schedule
- $35,000 to $50,000 per year, based on experience
- Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
- Friday, 7:30 AM to 1:00 PM
- Every other Saturday, with extra weekday time off during Saturday work weeks
