What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for all U.S. positions, partnering with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent.
- Coordinate background checks and employment verifications.
- Deliver engaging onboarding and orientation experiences for new hires.
- Support Talent programs including benefits, leave administration, recognition, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with multi- federal, state, and local employment laws and Talent best practices.
- Review weekly payroll for accuracy and partner with U.S. and Canada payroll teams (serve as backup processor).
- Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews and feedback analysis.
- Track and report on Talent metrics to support business decisions.
- Partner with Operations on safety reviews and incident follow-ups.
- Community partnerships by coordinating outreach initiatives, supporting local events, and enhancing the organization’s employer brand within the community.
- Support managers with employee relations and performance management.
- Respond to employee questions and help maintain a positive, supportive workplace environment.
- Experience in recruiting and talent operations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and Talent best practices.
- High level of discretion and attention to detail.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Operations, or Recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting and onboarding processes.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll processes (multi-state and/or Canada experience is a plus) (Dayforce experience is a plus).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting employee relations and performance management initiatives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HR analytics/reporting tools is a plus.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification preferred (not required).
