The Opportunity
We’re seeking a dynamic Executive Director who can blend strategic leadership with hands-on operations. You’ll be the face of Sunshine Service, partnering with the Board of Directors, leading staff, and building meaningful community relationships to sustain and grow our mission.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership in partnership with the Board of Directors
• Manage daily operations, finances, and compliance
• Cultivate partnerships with healthcare providers, social service and civic leaders, and donors
• Supervise and support a dedicated staff
• Lead marketing efforts and present Sunshine Service in the community and at public events
• Provide technical expertise to manage operational software, website and social media presence
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit or healthcare management
• 3–5 years of nonprofit or healthcare leadership experience
• Experience in senior services, home care, or social services preferred
• Proven success in operations, management, community engagement, and fundraising
• Financial savvy and stewardship of limited resources
• Strong knowledge of West Valley healthcare, social services and senior living organizations preferred
• Excellent communication, marketing, and organizational skills
