We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician with Occupational Health Level II accreditation to become part of our collaborative clinical team.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform preventive health screenings and wellness visits
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate ongoing care
- Provide occupational medicine services consistent with Level II accreditation
- Educate patients on disease prevention, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record
- Collaborate with two advanced practice providers and experienced clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified in Family Medicine
- Active Colorado medical license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Occupational Health Level II accreditation required
- Minimum of five (5) years of clinical practice experience
- Strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
