Job Description
Peak Systems Inc. is hiring Temporary IT Support Technicians to provide onsite iPad technical support during student testing projects at private schools throughout the New York Metro Area.
This is a great opportunity for IT students, college students, Help Desk Technicians, Desktop Support Technicians, Field Service Technicians, and entry-level IT professionals.
Technicians will support elementary, middle, and high school students, teachers, and school staff. Candidates must be professional, presentable, patient, reliable, and comfortable working in a school environment.

Additional IT opportunities may be available based on performance and client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite iPad support
- Assist with iPad setup, enrollment, and configuration
- Troubleshoot device and Wi-Fi issues
- Replace faulty devices when needed
- Support students and staff with technical issues
- Document tickets and device information
- Follow client procedures and maintain professionalism
Requirements:
- Basic IT troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable with iPads, tablets, smartphones, and computers
- Basic Wi-Fi troubleshooting knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Comfortable working around children and school staff
- Reliable and punctual
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- W-2 employment only – no subcontractors

Candidates cannot begin work until all requirements are completed.
