Job Overview

Looking to get your foot in the door of the growing technology and data center industry? This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting data center construction and infrastructure projects.

Peak Systems is seeking multiple Entry-Level Material Handlers to join our team in Franklin, MA. You’ll help prepare and organize the materials and equipment needed for data center construction while working alongside a large, collaborative team.

Previous warehouse, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, or general labor experience is a plus. A strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Unbox and re-box materials and equipment.
• Handle, move, and organize equipment and supplies.
• Load and unload pallets and carts.
• Remove packaging materials and construction-related debris.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow instructions and established safety procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily project activities.

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, or general labor is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical work, including moving boxes, handling materials, and removing debris.
• Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods and throughout long shifts.
• Commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and willing to learn new skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a large team.

Available Schedules

Candidates must be available to work one of the following schedules, Thursday through Sunday:

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
