In partnership with athletic departments across the country, our team is responsible for driving revenue through corporate partnerships and ticket sales while building strong relationships within the local market. We are building a high-performance sales organization inside college athletics. That means accountability, ownership, disciplined outreach, and a strong focus on revenue production.

What You'll Do
- Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas
- Assist with content planning and scheduling
- Create and edit short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube Shorts
- Capture content that highlights company culture, team members, and life at Peak Sports MGMT
- Create content around sports sales, leadership, recruiting, and career development
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements
- Assist with marketing and communications projects as needed
What We're Looking For
- Current student or recent graduate
- Passion for social media, content creation, and sports business
- Experience with short-form video editing (CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Creative, organized, and self-motivated
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
