What You’ll Do
- Own the Kansas City Market: Identify, prospect, and close daily suite/building maintenance and post-construction cleaning contracts.
- Strategic Hunting: Use your own style to "hit the pavement," supported by regular strategy check-ins and world-class sales coaching.
- Solution Selling: You aren't just selling cleaning; you're selling operational peace of mind to office managers, building managers, landlords and business owners.
What You Bring

- Coachability: You have a "student of the game" mindset and are ready to sharpen your sales toolkit.
- Experience: Previous outside sales experience is preferred, but a documented history of "winning" in competitive environments is a must.

Compensation & Growth
- Base Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 (Commensurate with experience).
- Uncapped Commissions: Includes monthly residuals for the life of the contract.
- Earnings Potential (OTE): $90k Year 1 | $120k Year 2 (Based on historical performance).
