HVAC Service Technician

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Perform HVAC maintenance, service calls, and inspections.
- Assist with HVAC installations and equipment replacements.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
- Follow safety procedures and applicable codes.
- Assist with plumbing work when qualified.
Qualifications
- HVAC experience is preferred, but candidates with minimal experience are encouraged to apply!
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop technical skills.
- HVAC schooling, trade school, or hands-on experience is a plus.
- EPA Section 608 certification is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
- Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude.
- Plumbing experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to travel to job sites throughout Western North Carolina and Upstate South Carolina.
The right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as experience. We are happy to consider someone who is newer to the trade and motivated to grow.
