- Oversee the daily performance of the team to ensure consistent productivity

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing timely feedback
- Support advisors and cross-functional teams by clearing roadblocks and bottlenecks and ensuring operational flow
Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
