Peak’s Ticket Runner position reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with Field Operations and Office personnel at all levels. The Ticket Runner position is accountable for ensuring continuity of delivery tickets by providing administrative assistance in the field.

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to
- Track invoices after creation to ensure that they are closed in a timely manner.
- Email customer tickets for approval / signature.
- Provide Select customers with the upmost respect and stellar customer service.
- Keep an open line of communication between Select and customers.
- Complete special projects at the request of Office Manager.

Requirements

- Customer service oriented.
- Exceptional phone skills and etiquette.
- Goal oriented and driven to accomplish results.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Knowledge of the oilfield industry is a plus.
- Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License.

- This position mostly works inside a climate-controlled environment. The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
- Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm, Overtime when required.
- Exposure to noise levels requiring the use of hearing protection.
- Needs a high degree of concentration in a busy area.
- Ability to individually lift: Maximum 50 lbs.
