Peak Renovation LLC is a residential renovation and construction company based in Blue Ridge, GA. We are seeking a dependable Construction Coordinator to support both office operations and light field coordination as projects move from planning to completion.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and send invoices; track payments
- Enter receipts and expenses in QuickBooks Online
- Track vendor invoices and payment schedules
- Assist with reimbursements and basic accounting tasks
- Manage calendars, schedules, and client communications
- Organize project files (contracts, estimates, invoices, photos)
- Coordinate materials ordering and pickups as needed
- Assist with light jobsite coordination and walk-throughs
- Support day-to-day office and project workflows
Qualifications
- Administrative, coordination, or construction-related experience
- Comfortable working with numbers, schedules, and documents
- QuickBooks Online experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and adapt as priorities shift
- Professional, respectful, and dependable demeanor
- Able to manage client and vendor communications, including schedule changes or scope clarifications, in a professional manner.
Job Details
- Part-time: 20–25 hours per week
- In-office role with occasional field support
- Pay range: $15–$20 per hour, based on experience
