What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Peak Rehabilitation Fitness and Performance LLC?
Great choice. Since you’re using WebPT, the role becomes much more specialized. Insurance verification is often the "make or break" part of a PT front desk role, as getting it wrong can lead to denied claims and frustrated patients.
Here is the updated job description with those specific technical requirements integrated.
