We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Clerk to join our team. This position will be Swing Shift (2pm-10:30pm) and is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing materials, products, and inventory throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, safety conscious, and able to work efficiently in a fast paced warehouse and production environment.
This role requires strong teamwork, reliability, and the ability to safely operate warehouse equipment while supporting multiple departments as needed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Read and follow production schedules, pick lists, shipping orders, and material requests
- Pull inventory and distribute materials to production or shipping areas
- Receive, sort, store, and organize products and materials in designated warehouse locations
- Assemble customer orders and prepare shipments
- Label and identify materials and inventory accurately
- Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records
- Weigh, count, and verify materials to ensure accuracy and quality standards
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Transport materials between warehouse, production, and shipping departments
- Assist with loading and unloading shipments
- Support other departments including Production and U.S. Shipping when necessary
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices
QualificationsRequired:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
- Ability to obtain/maintain forklift certification
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

- Comfortable working around moving mechanical equipment in a warehouse environment
Work Environment
This position works in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels and regular exposure to moving equipment and machinery.
