Role Description The Market Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Aurora, CO. This position is responsible for managing and optimizing micro market locations, including monitoring product performance, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring accurate inventory levels. The Market Specialist will review sales and customer feedback to identify trends, recommend product adjustments, and support promotional activities. This role also involves regular communication with clients to address service needs, support customer satisfaction, and coordinate with operations and kitchen teams to maintain high standards of product quality and presentation.
