What You'll Do
Lead the design and execution of the hospital's Quality and Patient Safety plans in collaboration with clinical and medical staff leaders.
Guide and mentor a team of professionals dedicated to quality improvement, data analysis, and safety culture advancement.
Oversee accreditation readiness and continuous compliance with The Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
Partner with medical staff and executive leadership to identify, analyze, and respond to trends in patient safety events.
Champion education and development in quality science and safety principles across the organization.
Drive measurable improvements in outcomes, efficiency, and patient experience through evidence-based methods.
What You Bring
Licensure/Certification: Current clinical license required (RN strongly preferred). Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related discipline required; Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum five years in hospital quality and patient safety leadership; management experience preferred.
Skills: Deep knowledge of performance improvement methods, accreditation standards, and data-driven decision-making. Strong communication and leadership presence.
