Experienced Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician
Peak Property Solutions is looking for an experienced, dependable handyman to join our growing property management maintenance team.
This position involves completing repairs and maintenance at occupied and vacant rental properties throughout the Prescott area. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally, and treats every property with the utmost respect.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with general home repairs and property maintenance Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent customer service and communication Respectful and professional around residents, owners, and clients Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Your own basic tools Dependability, accountability, and attention to detail Ability to document completed work and communicate updates clearly
Experience in areas such as drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing repairs, fixture installation, appliance troubleshooting, flooring, and general turnover work is preferred.
Pay: $23–$27 per hour to start, based on experience and skill level, with opportunities for growth.
