The School Social Worker is a passionate educator who identifies and supports the social-emotional health of students and their families at Peak Prep Charter Schools. Possessing strong initiative and excellent organizational abilities, the School Social Worker supports both in-class and out-of-class curricula and interventions to support students' mental health. When needed, the Social Worker will do home visits in the county they are hired in.
