This is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Purchasing Coordinator, based in Gypsum, CO. The Warehouse Purchasing Coordinator will be responsible for managing purchasing processes, creating and processing purchase orders, coordinating procurement activities, and maintaining inventory levels. This role includes analyzing vendor performance, sourcing materials, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, and collaborating with internal teams to meet project needs.
- Experience with Purchasing, Purchasing Processes, and managing Purchase Orders
- Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to evaluate and optimize procurement strategies
- Knowledge of Procurement best practices and techniques
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and vendors
- Previous experience in the construction or HVAC industry is a plus
