What You'll Do
- Run residential service and repair calls: water heaters, fixtures, repipes, drain issues, leaks, gas lines, and general plumbing diagnostics
- Deliver a premium customer experience — clean job sites, clear communication, and honest options presented on every call
- Build accurate estimates and present options using ServiceTitan on a company-provided iPad
- Maintain your truck, inventory, and paperwork to company standards
What We're Looking For
- Idaho Journeyman Plumber license (required) — or ability to obtain reciprocity quickly
- 3 years of residential service plumbing experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic skills and comfort presenting options to homeowners
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
