Job Summary
Peak Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is looking for our first dedicated Service Sales Representative to help grow our service department. This is a key role for our company. We need someone who can build relationships with homeowners and property managers, identify service opportunities, follow up consistently, and help turn incoming demand into booked work and long-term customers.
This person will work closely with our service team and leadership to create a more consistent, professional sales process for service, maintenance, replacements, and upgrade opportunities. We need someone who is hungry, organized, trustworthy, and excited to help build this role from the ground up.
What You'll Do
- Respond to and follow up on service leads in a timely, professional way
- Build relationships with homeowners, builders, property managers, and repeat customers
- Identify opportunities for maintenance agreements, system upgrades, replacements, and additional services
- Prepare estimates and proposals for service-related work
- Track leads, proposals, follow-ups, and close rates
- Coordinate with dispatch, technicians, and management to keep communication clear
- Help create and improve Peak's sales process for the service department
- Maintain a strong customer experience from first contact through close
- Support revenue growth while protecting Peak's reputation for honesty and quality
What We're Looking For
- Sales experience in home services, HVAC, plumbing, construction, or a related field preferred
- Strong people skills and ability to build trust quickly
- Excellent follow-up and communication skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple opportunities at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to learn technical services well enough to explain options clearly to customers
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help build systems and processes
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred

Compensation
Our compensation plan is built for high performers. You will receive a guaranteed base salary of $57,783.96 annually, with uncapped commission potential. You will earn a percentage of each job sold through commission. Commissions are applied toward your base salary, and once your total commissions exceed $57,783.96, you will receive 100% of any additional commission earned, giving you strong upside based on performance.
