- Maintains clinical areas for cleanliness and availability.
- Gathers information for PT and PTA's for treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.
- Protects patients' rights by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Maintains inventory and makes inventory available.
- Laundry duties - making sure laundry is available and clean.
- Welcomes patients and visitors making everyone feel special.
- Team player making sure patients are well taken care of and flowing through the clinic.
- Optimize patient satisfaction.
- Be hands on with patients to administer electrical stimulation
- Answers phones and handles schedules if needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
