Position OverviewAs a Physical Therapist at Peak, you will provide high-quality, one-on-one care in a collaborative, supportive environment that prioritizes clinical excellence, mentorship, and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individualized, evidence-based physical therapy care in a one-on-one treatment model
- Implement and progress treatment plans to help patients achieve functional goals
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently using AI-assisted documentation tools
- Educate and empower patients through clear communication and supportive coaching
- Collaborate with physical therapists and support staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Montana
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to professional growth and clinical development
- Interest in fitness, wellness, and movement-based care
