- Salary: £28,000

What You’ll Do
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to property queries.
- Log maintenance requests and track jobs to completion.
- Liaise with contractors to arrange quotes and schedule works.
- Upload and maintain compliance documents and certificates.
- Raise purchase orders, process invoices, and support basic budget tracking.
- Keep clear communication flowing between branches, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Strong administrative experience in a busy environment.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- Confident Microsoft Office skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
- (Desirable) Experience in property, maintenance, facilities, or compliance admin.
