Peak Performers has partnered with a managed care organization to assist in their search for a remote Project Manager IV . In this contract position, you will be responsible for operating as a high-level strategic project leader responsible for taking loosely defined business problems and transforming them into actionable, cross-functional initiatives.

Major duties
- Independently assessing problem statements, identifying and engaging the right stakeholders across health plan operations, facilitating alignment on the path forward, and building supporting project plans and documentation.
- Drive execution through completion with minimal oversight and will be expected to deliver executive-level status reporting and communication throughout the lifecycle of each initiative.
- Act as an independent operator working directly with senior leaders to shape the problem, define the approach, and drive results.
- BA – Business, Healthcare Admin, Public Health, Operations, or related field (or equiv. experience)
- PMP or other project management certifications preferred.
- 7-10 years of relevant experience in project/program management, strategy, or health plan operations.
- Strategic Problem Solving & Ambiguity Navigation.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Communication.
- Strong understanding of health plan operations.
- Rate: $79.23/hour
- W2 Contract
- Worksite Location: Remote (EST/CST Time Zone)
- 3-6 month contract that will likely convert to full time
